On July 9 from 4 to 7 p.m. and head to Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams. Enjoy scoops of your favorite flavors and 25% of your purchase will be donated back to the Friends of the Arlington Public Library, which in turn funds all Arlington VA Public Library programs!
